Landlocked Film Festival… No coasts, but plenty of culture here in the American heartland. Landlocked is a competitive festival taking place in historic and lovely downtown Iowa City.
The festival brings thousands of people into the heart of downtown Iowa City to watch independent films and learn about the crafts of filmmaking and scriptwriting. The beautiful and historic Englert Theatre serves as our flagship venue.
